Ombudsman Policy

The Ombudsman is an independent, neutral, and impartial individual who reports directly to the executive leadership team. Their primary role is to listen to employee concerns, investigate matters impartially, and facilitate resolutions through informal mediation or conflict resolution techniques. The Ombudsman operates under strict confidentiality guidelines, ensuring that all discussions and information shared remain private and protected, except in cases where there is an imminent risk of harm or legal obligation to disclose.

Employees are encouraged to utilize the Ombudsman reporting system whenever they encounter workplace challenges, conflicts, or ethical dilemmas. Whether it pertains to interpersonal disputes, harassment concerns, ethical violations, or any other issue affecting the workplace, the Ombudsman is available to provide support and guidance.
